Associate Producer

Associate Directors act as a liaison between the Producers and the Development Director. They report directly to the Development Director. As an Associate Producer, you are responsible for keeping track and summing up information from multiple Producers and regularly present them to the Development Director.

You need to be able to document information accurately and be able to understand people from various backgrounds (art, programming, design, business).

If you like helping people communicate and keep track of what’s going on in projects, this job is for you. Training will be provided for those who meet the minimum requirements.

The Ideal Candidate should posses the following qualities:

• A people person, someone comfortable dealing with people.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Able to summarize, visualize and present information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with programming, art, and business personnel.
• Able to understand and explain current game development processes.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to well-established production pipelines.
• Must be willing to constantly check the accuracy of the information being documented and presented.
